 the boot loop. Had mixed results. I got the boot loop to clear and write al=
l 0xff, but i get a timing and parity error after running the write boot loo=

 end of the circuit to enable.&nbsp; I presume that resistor is to current l=
imit those circuits but maybe it is just some degree of protection against s=
horting, maybe noise filter.&nbsp; I guess that if the bubble still ohms out=
 OK, taking pin 1 directly to +12 may not
 be the worst thing in the world.&nbsp; I do not see where they specify that=
 resistor on the 7110 specification sheet, I can not recall ever seeing a de=
scription about that resistor.&nbsp; I am just as confused as to why leaving=
 the resistor in would cause permanent
 damage during reseed.<o:p></o:p></p>

orgot that I did the layout side by side rather than over-under like the Int=

 used a socket in the model.&nbsp; I will build one and replace the photogra=
