Thanks for the reply.

When I=E2=80=99ve got my 4 mod 40 I=E2=80=99ll turn my attention to a =
possible combo memory board.

This might wait until I fettle my pair of intellec Series II/IIIs and =
the first MDS-800 I used!

I=E2=80=99m glad that there are people interested in this legacy kit. I =
always felt that I was the only person who was at all bothered!

(A rather jaundiced view, I=E2=80=99m afraid, from 43+ years of fixing =
firmware problems for clients. Couldn=E2=80=99t get code cutters to read =
the manuals...)

Hi Sid,

Thanks for the users manual. Let me know if you dig up anything else.=20

Sorry, but I do not have any sheetmetal, so I can=E2=80=99t help with =
any dimensions on the base plate.

I run my reproduction system off a PC-AT power supply, so I am avoiding =
all the vintage power supply issues and related drama.=20

I considered making a little combo memory board early on, so I =
understand where you are coming from on that. I haven=E2=80=99t settled =
into a true routine with my system, but for the most part I only use =
RAM. I run just one eprom just to boot load, and all my memory space is =
filled with RAM. But I am still just tinkering with confidence tests =
and playthings and it doesn=E2=80=99t take long to down load whatever I =
am working on into RAM.=20

I can=E2=80=99t say a 3205 has caught me off guard yet, at least not =
enough to smell flesh burning. But I do have to respect their drive =
capability when they are output loaded into a row of EPROMs or RAM.

  Hi Sid,

  =20

Intel did make the imm6-70 universal prototype module. Since it has =
