Intel did make the imm6-70 universal prototype=20 module.  Since it has an imm6 number, it could be used for either = the=20 intellect 4/40 or the 8/80 so I am guessing it was just a pad-per-hole = sort of=20 thing with rails for ground and +5.  I do not think I have ever = seen a=20 photograph of one but haven=E2=80=99t looked.
