a</u>: </strong>Cancellation will comply with Section 33-24-44 of the Georg=

ll make Us liable for penalty equal to 25% of refund and interest of 18% pe=
r annum until refund is paid, not to exceed 50% of refund. The waiting peri=

THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO LIMITED REGULATION BY THE OFFICE OF THE COMMISS=
IONER OF INSURANCE</strong>. No claim will be denied solely because You fai=
led to obtain preauthorization. This Service Contract, including optional A=
DH coverage, does not provide coverage for intentional damage and/or pre-ex=
isting conditions that occur prior to the Coverage Start Date. Our obligati=
ons under this Protection Plan are guaranteed under a reimbursement insuran=
ce policy issued by Allstate Insurance Company. Allstate Insurance Company =

contact them toll free at=C2=A01-800-669-9313. If We fail to pay or provide=
 service on a claim within sixty (60) days after proof of loss has been fil=
ed, or if We become insolvent or financially impaired, You are entitled to =
make a claim directly against Allstate Insurance Company. <strong>Arbitrati=
on</strong>: The laws of the state of Wisconsin shall govern all matters ar=
ising out of or relating to this Service Contract. Arbitration is non-bindi=
ng. Under no circumstances shall a legal proceeding be filed in a federal, =
state or local court until such time as both You and We first address Our d=
isagreement in an arbitration proceeding and obtain an arbitration award pu=
rsuant to this arbitration provision. <strong>Cancellation</strong>: We sha=
ll mail a written notice to You at the last-known address contained in Our =
records at least five (5) days prior to cancellation by Us. This notice wil=
l include the effective date of and reason for the cancellation. In the eve=
nt of a total loss of property covered by a Service Contract that is not co=
vered by a replacement of the property pursuant to the terms of the Service=
 Contract, You shall be entitled to cancel the Service Contract and receive=
 a pro rata refund on any unearned provider fee, less any claims paid. If a=
 claim has been made under this Service Contract, You may cancel the Servic=
e Contract and We shall refund to You one hundred percent (100%) of the une=
arned pro rata provider fee, less any claims paid. We may charge a reasonab=
le administrative fee for the cancellation, which may not exceed ten percen=
t (10%) of the provider fee. A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be=
 added to a refund that is not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days=
 after return of the service contract to the provider.</p>=0A    <p><strong=
><u>Wyoming</u></strong>: The provider of the service contract shall mail a=
 written notice to the service contract holder at the last known address of=
 the service contract holder contained in the records of the provider at le=
ast ten (10) days prior to cancellation by the provider. Prior notice is no=
t required if the reason for cancellation is nonpayment of the provider fee=
, a material misrepresentation by the service contract holder to the provid=
er or a substantial breach of duties by the service contract holder relatin=
g to the Covered Product or its use. A ten percent (10%) penalty per month =
shall be added to a refund that is not paid or credited within forty-five (=
45) days after return of the service contract to the provider. <strong>Arbi=
tration</strong>: If You are a resident of Wyoming, to the extent that any =
term in Section 14 =E2=80=9CArbitration=E2=80=9D conflicts with any of the =
following, the following shall prevail and shall replace such term in Secti=
on 14 =E2=80=9CArbitration=E2=80=9D: At the time of any disagreement, the p=
arties may mutually agree to submit any matters of difference to arbitratio=
n by executing a separate written agreement. Any arbitration shall be condu=
