Hi Craig,

I was starting to check the operation of the board and discovered that 
/pwr_fail and /reset to the 7220 are always asserted.  As far as I can 
tell, that could be because there's no Vcc to U8: pin 8 doesn't seem to 
go anywhere.  I took a look at the gerber files, and they seem to show 
the same thing.  But before I add a jumper to +5V I thought I would 
check with you - I could easily be missing something.
